3- BROWN COUNTY STATE PARK

The campsite is surrounded by 16,000 acres of harsh wilderness, complete with hills, valleys, and canyons; it is one of the most magnificent glacier parks in the United States. Mountain bike routes, horseback riding, hiking trails, and huge campgrounds contribute to the park’s popularity all over the year. Brown County State Park’s campsite accommodates TV, trailer, tent, and equestrian camping. Also, there are some cottages and rooms for rent.

4- DUNEWOOD CAMPGROUND

Are you into beach camping? This place is just for you! This campsite on the shores of Lake Michigan provides both beach and dune views. The campsite is completely surrounded by beautiful forests, great animals, and many trails for hiking and exploring. The campground provides 78 campsites including 25 primitive campsites and 53 RV campsites. Only in summer, these locations are open to visitors on a first come, first served basis. There are also fire pits, chairs and tables, drinking water, showers, and modern restrooms at the Dunewood Campground.

McCormick Creek State Park contains some of Indiana’s most stunning natural monuments and is an excellent spot to camp in Indiana. The campground’s many hiking paths provide magnificent views of the natural beauty of the place. There are 190 modern campsites with many amenities and 33 traditional campgrounds available for campers.
